Here is a funny little story about our very own Dan Southern and his Taylor GS Mini! One day Dan Southern went into a recording studio to make a hit album with his band Mixtape For The Drive. He was lucky enough to have Whak from Tonight Alive produce the CD. So there they were, working away like bees in a hive, working, working, and working. Minutes turned to hours, hours to days and before they knew it they had finished the CD. Dan Southern was so happy with the finished product that he was jumping up and down with joy like a second grader on the first day of the Christmas holidays. Thats when reality hit. Whak asked Dan to pay him.....with money. Dan had no money to pay Whak. It was quite the dilemma. It was at that point that Dan looked over at the corner of the studio at his much loved Taylor GS Mini. His only meaningful possession. He walked over, picked up the guitar with his hands slightly trembling. He handed the guitar to Whak and told him this was all he had to give. Whak took the guitar and the rest is history.
