Here is a great combination workout that should take about 10 to 15 minutes depending how much time you have: Renegade Row - 10 reps Straight Leg Deadlift Wide - 10 reps Straight Leg Deadlift Close - 10 reps Twist Punch - 10 reps (each side) Bicep Hammer Curls - 20 reps Plank jumps side to side - 10 (each side) Mountain Climbers - 20 reps (each side) Go thru the whole sequence at least 3 times (1 more if you have time). But as always check with your primary care physician before starting an exercise program and if you are new at working out please take it easy :) Let me know if you like the sequence and if it was a good one for you to do.
