Here is a little ghost story for you, from Acoustic Drive Records. 2 years ago I was at Jason Jewetts house and we were jamming as usual. We decided to get an intimate recording of his song Hands of Time on camera. All I had was my iPhone, at the time but we dimmed the lights to set the mood and I hit record. For those of you that dont know, the song is about a very close friend that Jason lost, and in it he sings about the burial. When he sings all I heard was something flying around a blue glowing orb flies between us. I could see it both with my eyes and on my camera/phone. At the time I was a little freaked out. At first it looked like a glowing alien ran real fast in front of me. I was almost shaking but I kept telling myself to just keep recording and then look at the footage when he was finished with the song. When he finished I was shaking and almost in tears; Realizing what I did see, and the idea that his song was heard beyond our realm, and by a spirit that wanted us to know that. His friend perhaps. We both watched the video together, and I was relieved that it was on camera, and not a figment of my imagination. This video still chokes me up a bit, and reminds me that when we pour our heart out, with certain feelings, and vibrations, our voice and music can be heard by the ones that have left us.
