Here is a lovely picture of my fantastic fitties who come to my Pump & Tone class (again, sorry regulars who are not in it...you are included in the words). I just want to thank you all for your continued support! It means so much to me that you love the class and the everchanging, challenging routines. I am so proud of you all! You have all grown so much in your fitness and strength, and it is brilliant to see. You are a pleasure to teach, and I love helping you all achieve your goals. Anyone wanting to join in the fun, please, please come along. They are a super bunch of ladies (and sometimes men), and we all have a giggle. I welcome all levels of fitness, you work at your own pace. Not only will you be improving your fitness, but also making a fantastic new group of friends xxxx
