Here is a meal in one recipe using Duetts Pork & Potato Sausage. 1TBSP plus 1 tsp. Kosher Salt 1 LB Brussels Sprouts halved and trimmed 1 TBSP Vegetable oil 2 Links of your favorite flavor of Duetts Pork & Potato Sausage sliced 2 shallots sliced (or 1 small onion) 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 TBSP Butter 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar Preheat oven to 375 Fill a medium-sized pot 3/4 of the way up with water. Add 1 TBSP of the salt and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until tender. (About 10 minutes) Drain and transfer to a bowl. Use a medium size frying pan on medium-high heat. Once hot, add the vegetable oil then place the Brussels sprouts one at a time in the pan cut side down. Remove once browned and set aside. Add the sausage, shallots, and remaining ingredients (except Vinegar) to the same pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 8 minutes until shallots are softened. Add the Brussels sprouts and the vinegar to the pan toss together. Place everything in an oven safe pan (or if your fry pan is oven safe just use that) Place in oven and roast for about 20-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy
