I found a great class on the beach/in the park that I attended almost every day while visiting the island. Dennis is the instructor and guided the practice in Japanese with English translation for approximately 90 minutes plus each day. I had no problem following the class even though I am still relatively new to yoga. I really enjoyed the yoga and I also had the privilege to do some acro yoga with the instructor which was the highlight of my vacation! The class has a very nice flow (i.e. transitions were smooth) and every day is different and fun. It provided me with an opportunity to work on my technique so that I could improve. I plan to return to Hawaii soon and I am really looking forward to beach yoga with Dennis and all of the other participants. Try it, I am sure you will enjoy it! Beach yoga is a great way to start the day in Hawaii!
