Here is a simple home workout from our online coaching programme. https://youtube/watch?v=5p7nhuzfaSM If you want to make a nice simple start then just work for 7-14 minutes and do 8-15 repetitions of each exercise. Nothing fancy.....but sure gets results...... Obviously one session wont result in huge changes.....but its the deliberate action each day that will. Every accomplishment begins with a decision to try :) Enjoy
