Here is a sneak peak at something the PTA is working to bring to Pinedale: Junior FIRST Lego League! This is a nationwide program that offers a way to harness the enthusiasm of Legos and the real world connections with science and technology. Thank you to JoEllen Thompson and Amy Policky for spearheading this endeavor. They are working hard to do the necessary research and to write the grant that will help support this program. Community commitment is important; coaches, mentors and sponsors will all be our keys to success! Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles - anyone who is interested in helping to get Jr.FLL up and rolling is encouraged to contact us for more information!
