Here is all my prices and ordering info. Prices are only good for 30 days from the date I send you the price list, if its been more then 30 days from the date I sent you my price list, please ask for them again. 1. Deposit/Balance. Deposit on any dress is $200. Your balance is due 2 weeks before your ship date. There is no exception to this rule! If your balance is not paid in full 2 weeks before your ship date, your dress will be pulled from the schedule and will not be added back to the schedule (end of line) until balance has been paid in full. So please make sure you have your balance paid on time, this keeps schedule/flow moving perfect! 2. I accept Paypal or Credit/Debit cards for deposit, If you want to pay through your credit card/debit card please let me know and I can send you an invoice. I only accept credit/debit cards for balance payments, so when your ready to make a payment please ask for an invoice. If you need to make payments in another form, please make sure talk with me before you place an order. 3. I will give you a list of measurements that I need to complete your dress, please do these while your child is calm and stands still. This is a VERY IMPORTANT step in the process of getting your dress made and will make all the difference in a dress that fits well and a dress that does not. Please be aware that if you ask for a size 2 price and then you turn in size 4 measurements that you will be charged for a size 4. If your child is 2 and wears a 4t in shirt, she will need a bigger size then 2, so please be honest up front about this, otherwise its going to result in your balance being higer then you expected. If you know your child has grown some after you send in measurement, please notify me ASAP! After you have received your dress you have 7 days to let me know if you need any adjustments and get it sent back. If the mistake is on my part I will fix it at no cost, if the mistake is because of poor measurements there is a $25 hour charge for alterations plus shipping cost back to you. PLEASE UNDERSTAND GOOD MEASUREMENTS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS! 4. I do not place any hooks/closures on my dresses and I do not supply these either, this way you can use the hooks/closures that you like. I use high quality material, appliques, laces trims and only the best stones on my dresses. I also do not make exact copies of previous dresses that I have done, and will not copy another dress makers design. I can however, make a similar design from photos of the dress(es) that you send to me, just keep in mind it will be different then those dresses too. All trims/laces/flowers etc are at my own picking to use on the dresses, I use what I feel work best with each design I do. I will try to accomodate you on what you like and want, but not all trims/laces/flowers etc are available all the time. I will try and send you a photo of your dress before it ships out, please keep in mind when looking at this photo that I am NOT a photographer and do not have an expensive camera to make these photos look wonderful. I worry more about the dress then the photo, ALL my dresses are MUCH better in person then the photo shows! By sending me a deposit/payment you agree to all terms I have listed above. 5. All payments including deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! For no reason will I refund your deposit. If a family emergency comes up or you decide to take a pageant break, contact me, I will pull your order and hold your deposit for up to one year, but I will not refund your deposit. There will no longer be any changes to orders. I book according to what I have room for in my schedule, I have too many people ordering cupcakes and changing to babydolls last minute, and I cant do this anymore. If changes have to be made, the order will have to be pushed back to the next open spot I have available. 6. Once you place your order you have agreed to all of the above!
