Here is an email we received from one of our satisfied customers. Hi, I’ve never written a “contact us” email to business before but felt compelled to do so after my first visit to you new Church St location today. Long story short, your burgers are simply perfect and I wish you huge success in the neighbourhood. There has never been a good burger place around here and yes we are well aware of Hero and the previous tenants at your location. No chicken sandwiches, no steak on a bun, no ice cream, no southwest salad, no hot dogs, baked potatoes, or soup. I love all those things but I never understood why you would put “burger” in your name and have burgers comprise a fifth of the menu. My wife and I hop of the subway to bring 5 Guys takeout home sometimes. Never again! We finally have a place the makes perfect burgers and fries locally and are actually local, not an American corporation.
