Here is an example of how easy it is to become healthy. Costco has this sprouted bean trio in a huge bag. So, you can reap the benefits of a sprouted bean compared to a regular bean (and real beans ARE not in a can) Sprouted beans increase the protein, decrease the carbs and calories and increases the fibers. This will decrease the gas that normally comes with eating beans. But even better .... these sprouts create a more efficient digestion system , helping stabilize blood sugars and increasing metabolism. Your body can now focus on burning the stored fat instead of trying to focus all of its energy on the lengthy process of digestion. It becomes a more nutrient dense food, which is what you need to curb appetite and rev up metabolism for weight loss. Also, your immune system will get a boost because the vitamin c and A are increased. If you check out the label pic, you willl see that the carbs are 27. But, the fibers are 11.
