Here is an example of one school (University High School) that we know did not follow the rules of the so-called "passive" distribution. This school allowed volunteers to stay at the tables to speak with and photograph students also had help from a school employe and the use of a utility vehicle to move the bibles from their car to the tables. Our volunteers, on the other hand, were delayed, escorted around campus by employees, and all left the campus during the distribution to ensure there was no accusation of speaking with students.
