Very informative and insightful! ~ELB OBAMA ARREST What most people do not understand, AHCA was not just legislation…it is a coup in and of itself. Congress granted to itself, in the exact words of the Supreme Court, “a new and potentially vast domain to congressional authority.” Rather than rejecting this vast new domain, the Supreme Court rewrote the mandate to be “tax,” ignoring the fact that it has no Constitutional basis for rewriting legislation (that’s Congress’s job) and neither Congress nor the Supreme Court has the authority to institute, to paraphrase the Court’s decision, “a tax regulating individuals precisely because they are doing nothing, which would open a new and potentially vast domain to congressional and Supreme Court authority.” And of course, taxes and Congressional mandates “shall be uniform throughout the United States.” (U.S. Constitution.) But just as Congress and the Supremes have basically rejected Constitutional authority and limitations in this power grab, Obama has likewise rejected its authority in picking and chosing which laws shall apply and to whom they shall apply. All three branches have become a law unto themselves. It is a coup. In breaching the Constitution he has violated his oath of office…and the Government in general likewise. It is an illegal government. To defend the Constitution, its sworn duty, and every branch negligent in this duty. Now, Obama himself, as well as several members of Congress, have actually committed high treason. They have aided and abetted sworn American enemies outside the necessary alliances of war, they have aided an invasion of illegal aliens, they have committed several acts against the American People that are considered acts of war by International norms, including suspending due process, disarmament, and spying. Obama has purged officers of the military loyal, but these are the actions of a rogue and illegal government. These purged officers still have every right and obligation to uphold their oath to defend the Constitution. Regarding the aid to an invasion of illegal immigrants, and more specifically the aid to Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda: US code Title 18: 2381: …whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. As al Qaida has declared and maintained a state of war against us, all needed is for loyal Federal law enforcement to find a loyal Fed judge willing to hear the case. Arrest will be problematic. US code Title 10: 904 Article 104: Any person who— (1) aids, or attempts to aid, the enemy with arms, ammunition, supplies, money, or other things; or (2) without proper authority, knowingly harbors or protects or gives intelligence to, or communicates or corresponds with or holds any intercourse with the enemy, either directly or indirectly; shall suffer death or such other punishment as a court-martial or military commission may direct. This section does not apply to a military commission established under chapter 47A of this title.” This gives loyal US military units authority to intervene and arrest. Wont necessarily depend on our thin window, but will require quick action as loyalists are being purged. With many of the Democrats and RINOs incapable of holding any office, patriots can elect, and control Senate and House. The interim President will follow succession, to the highest official not arrested for the above offenses. If all in the current succession are removed, remaining Congressional officers may have to appoint an interim.
