Here is another split to try: a side split. My other side completely sucks, and this one needs work, but Ill get them back! To work up to this split, you can alternate stretching out your hammies and hip flexors with one leg forward at a time. Ill have to post a follow up video of how to do that, but essentially both stretches stem from the way you seeing me getting into the split. #ignitegirls #ignitegirlsmove
