Soul Motion Workshop "HEART EMERGENCE" July 19~21 in Reykjavik, Iceland "We human are living in cycles of expansion and contraction. This has been being with us since the beginning of our life, since the breath of our first cell. It teaches us, every phase in our life is necessary and essential; we can never live in either or. Without going deeply inward, we cannot expand to outward; without connecting intimately with self, we cannot connect deeply with others; without rooting ourselves deeply, we cannot soar high. When we surrender into this natural rhythm with trust, we start to rest in the darkness of unknown and open ourselves curiously toward the new territories, in savoring each moment we are given. In this workshop, we will explore our bodily movement and its expression in listening deeply to the natural cycle of in and out, happening within and around us. Instead of from the place of control, when we let our body flow in its rhythm and wisdom, we start to sense that our lives are held and carried by innate warmth and harmony. In this moment, we might reconnect to our heart resting in one heart, breathing with its own ebb and flow, anchoring into unity, and soaring with gracious freedom."
