Here is just one of 572 news reports on the bombing that is hosted on The OKC Bombing Archives box and dropbox accounts. 72 reports were added in the last week. In this report, we find that 12 documents from the CIA, FBI and the FBIs field office in Oklahoma requested in a Freedom of Information Act filing by attorney Jesse Trentadue were withheld, and a judge ruled that the documents remain classified — based on the governments assertion that the release of the documents in question would jeopardize national security. What is so secret about these documents that revealing the truth within them would put into jeopardy anything other than long-held official lies? Through redaction it is possible to protect methods and sources, but evidently these documents are so sensitive not a thing about them can be released. The news report reveals that the documents include faxes, letters and cable transmissions, including one from May 10, 1995, that relayed information provided by a foreign government about the possible identification of a suspect in the Oklahoma City bombing. Two other documents contain information provided by a foreign contact in regards to the bombing and background on a source who provided details to the CIA about the attack.
