Here is my follow up: After working on a few others weight and feed back I did the same for myself. Today for breastfast a nice Activia yogurt, lunch was a beautiful and appetizing fresh baby salad with 2 sliced strawberries, 1/4 avocado, 1 whole/sliced mushroom, 1/2 oz shredded chicken breast, topped off with a tsp of hemp oil and a light raspberry vignette dressing (yum-yum) and now I am full so I will have to wait for my Hummas. Yesterday I ate out but left food on my plate and ate nothing else (strange for me). Oh and water with lemon for the last 3 days, I am not struggling or even thinking about it. So heck yea, I am loving this energy play dates I am doing.
