Here is my ice bucket challenge! Thank you (I think) to Matthew John Rushton for his thoughtful nomination. Owing to a couple of technical problems, my waffly introduction has been lost (shame!) but the bit that you probably want to see remains. Huge thanks to the congregation of StLaurence Catford for collecting £82.40 which, along with my own donation, will be split equally between MNDA and Macmillan Nurses. Thanks too to the choristers at St Laurence - they seemed to enjoy doing this for some reason…
