Here is my journey, so far. I have been on Skinny Fiber for about - TopicsExpress

Here is my journey, so far. I have been on Skinny Fiber for about 8 months now. When I started this journey I was at 197 pounds, which is the heaviest I can remember being other than being pregnant. I am 5’8 and think I carry my weight proportionate with my body and if I told someone how much I weighed I always got the “ OH MY you don’t look like you weight that at all” Ok maybe I didnt look like I weighed what I weighed but I could feel it in my body. I hated walked because I couldnt breathe and my knees always hurt. I never really tried “diet stuff” and I think that goes back to when I was 18 and I weighed 150 pounds and thought I was “FAT” I tried the Slim Fast drinks. I stopped doing that when I ended up having my gall bladder removed in an emergency surgery and that dr. told me it was because of drinking that stuff. He was probably cray cray but I listened to him and stayed away from that diet stuff. I would go on and off “diets” where I would restrict what I ate and be miserable and eventually I would have one of those no no foods and think I messed up and give up. I did this for most of my life. Well, one day I say a recipe for something and ending up joining a weight loss support group and the woman in there was selling this thing called Skinny Fiber. OH GOD not another diet pill. But, I loved her and her group so I stayed and I listened and I watched and I guess I helped so much that this person chose me as “most helpful” for the month and she gave me a bottle of Skinny Fiber to try. I thought, OK fine since it is free I might as well try it so I could tell everyone in the group NOT to buy it cause it doesnt work. LOL Yeah, little did I know that I would fall in love with this product and think everyone should at least try it. I suffered from migraines and those are gone, I suffered from IBS since 1997, and now I can eat what I want and not have to worry about where the closest bathroom is. My IBS was so bad that if I went out to eat as soon as I would swallow a few bites of food I would be in the bathroom. Yeah, that stunk. I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago and the hot flashes and night sweets were just horrible but since I have been on Skinny Fiber they seemed to have all but went away. I can also feel a difference in my moods swings. I am happy with how I am feeling since I been on Skinny Fiber. Fast forward 8 months and I am now down to 164 lbs and probably about 32 inches total. I went from a tight size 14 to a nice fitting size 10. My bra size went from a 38 DD to a 34 D. It may not be much to some but it is a lot to me. I sleep so much better at night. My knees don’t hurt like they used to and I can actually do some exercises. I know I could tone up a bit better if I worked out but I don’t want to. I also didnt go on any specific diet. I use portion control to help me maintain what I eat and occasionally watch the carbs but not like should. I like my food and I like that I don’t have to give up what I like. No, I don’t eat a ton of chips or candy because I no longer have those cravings. Skinny Fiber has helped me watch what I eat. I don’t want to eat those chips or candy all the time but if I wanted to have a piece of candy I do have it. I don’t deny myself anything. I am also drinking between 64 and 130 oz of water a day. With winter time being here I am only getting 64 oz but in the summer I was at 130 oz. Get your Skinny on! 100% natural! NO wraps! NO shakes! NO fake food! NO hormones!!
