Here is my recipe.. CREAMY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 1 whole Fryer/Baking chicken 1 chicken bouillon 1 pkg frozen noodles (Reames) 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup. 5 C Milk 1 Pkg grated cheddar cheese Seasonings Put chicken in stock pot/dutch oven add bullion and almost cover with water. Boil until completely cooked. Remove chicken & strain broth. Return broth to stock pot. Return to boil & add noodles.. Cook per pkg instr. (While noodles are cooking-debone the chicken & cut meat into bite size pieces. Also mix milk & soup and heat up in microwave.) When noodles are done, add soup/milk mixture & cheese. Return to boil & reduce heat. Season to taste. Simmer until soup thickens stirring occasionally. To freeze: Allow to cool. Ladle 12oz of soup into pint size freezer bags. Lay flat to freeze. To thaw: Run water over bag to release soup. Cut top of bag off, put ’brick’ in bowl & heat in microwave until hot & bubbly. Makes about 10 12oz servings.
