Here is my recipe for my Chocolate Layered Dessert : 1C. Flour 1C. Chopped pecans or walnuts 1Cube melted butter 12 oz. Cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 C. Powdered sugar 2 -8oz containers of cool whip 3 small pkg. of reg. or sugar free chocolate pudding 5 cups milk Combine flour, nuts and melted butter. Mis well. Press into bottom only of 9x13 baking dish. ( I use my deepest 9x13) Bake at 350 degrees. for 15-20 min. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Fold in 8oz container of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust and chill for an hour in the fridge. Prepare chocolate pudding with the 5 cups of milk. Stir til it gets nice and thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill completely. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer. I usually top the cool whip with either chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or drizzle Hershey syrup over it. ENJOY!
