Here is my workout that I did this morning: I call it my ADHD workout. 5 Minutes Jog (I use the treadmill, incline 3.0, and speed 5.5mph) 10 minutes of upper body strength training. ----- 5 sets of both. For you without a gym, I suggest making a 5 minute jog outside (2min, 30 seconds out, and then back.) and in your driveway, have a towel laid out, you can do sit-ups, crunches, pushups, and plank for 5 minutes. You do this workout, I guarantee two things, one; you will be dripping with sweat, and two; you will thank me! HAHA now go get it done!
