Here is one for you. Today I went to the United States Post Office to mail a return to a company. I had packed the unwanted items into their original box, pasted their return label on the top and made sure it was secure. When I went up to the post office lady, I asked if all was ok. She said, oh no I cannot accept that. I asked why? She said, because the box is stamped priority mail and the postage is for regular mail. So I said, well I will just take a black magic marker and block out the words priority mail. She said, Oh no, that will not work. I asked, why? She said because THEY will know . I said what will THEY know? She said, THEY will know it is a priority mail box because of the red stripe. So I said, even if all the priority mail words are blacked out? She said, oh yes, THEY will know and send it back. I then asked, Who are THEY? She leaned over the post office counter and said, The United States Post Office. SO the Post Office is saying that they would not send something out because they are just going to send it back to themselves. I really thought at that point, things are so far gone in this country , that it might be best to consider disappearing in the woods somewhere.
