This system automatically tracks these calls and provides information to NSTAR as to how many people are out in a given area. This system will also give the caller a call back to provide information as to when the power is expected to be turned back on. - National Grid: report an outage at 1-800-465-1212. For their text message alerts- text the word STORM to 64743 to sign up.
