Here is the brochure to explain a bit about the new service Ben, along with others at Carewest, are running. The program is about helping individuals, especially people with a disability become less isolated and do things out in the community that they really want to do. It is also about starting conversations and working together with people and groups in the community to try and include as many people as possible.
