Here is the brussels sprouts recipe 6 slices of bacon 1/2 C pecans - coursely chopped 1/2 pound brussels sprouts thinly sliced kosher salt, pepper 1Tblsp white wine vinegar cook the bacon take out of skillet -set aside. I always cut the bacon before I cook it rather than crumble after. Your choice. Add the chopped pecans cook for about 4 minutes stirring often. Add sprouts 1/2tsp. salt 1/4tsp pepper 1/4C vinegar (I added a little more) Cook until tender tossing often about 4 minutes. ENJOY!!!!!
