Here is the dinner menu for Friday March 14th. Elmers Friday Night Menu Anna Baguette Fresh baked baguette served with rich and creamy Goat Rising Chevre and Kalamata olives. Bread Plate Fresh baked baguette served with a selection of Goat Rising Chevre, cheddar, and Gouda cheeses and Kalamata olives. with salami Baby Kale & Spicy Anchovy Organic micro greens tossed in a seasoned anchovy vinaigrette with toasted hazelnuts and smoked gouda. Shrimp Étouffée Shrimp smothered in a roux and Creole tomato base with bell peppers and Spanish onions. Veggie Dumpling Ground vegetarian sausage stuffed inside handmade dumplings in veggie broth with roasted carrot and parsnips topped with mozzarella cheese. Chicken Roulade Local free Range chicken breast cutlets rolled with local black forest ham and house pimento cheese served with saffron brown rice and seasoned broccoli. Spinach Bourré Coconut creamed spinach stuffed in a homemade choux pastry with sauteed artichoke hearts and button mushrooms.
