Having defended the Pol Pot regimes seat, post genocide of 1.8 million Cambodians, USA - from Jimmy Carter, Mr Human Rights, down to Reagan - went on to obstruct the Cambodian victims attempts to seek justice re: mass atrocities of Khmer Rouge they experienced for the next 10 years since Pol Pot was driven out of power in Jan 1979. Now US Government does NOT want to hear the word genocide, when it comes to Rohingya of Myanmar and Palestinians of Gaza. I felt so incredibly tempted to ask these two despicable liars - standing literally 10 feet away from me - as they spoke to a group of journalists what enables them - all of them - to repeat the same old lies with a straight face in front of the whole world (cameras) - about how USA is leading the quest for global justice when Washington, a puppet and whore of Eisenhowers military-industrial complex - just topped up Israels arsenal to the tune of $235 millions in the midst of unfolding GENOCIDE of the Palestinians. That was why, the late Harold Pinter used his Nobel Lecture as the occasion to expose in the most unequivocal manner the Orwellian truths about the United States of America. The most incredible thing about the United States is its citizens by and large see their genocidal country as a positive force on earth - and many in the rest of the world buy into this Soviet-style propaganda.
