Here is the latest communication from Sarah Jamison at the National Weather Service in Cleveland: The winds are really going to peak around 7-10 pm tonight with speeds around 25 to 30 mph, gradually diminishing after 1 am. There is still only an isolated chance for thunder with the best chances to your south, but a few storms could drift into the area just ahead of the front around 10 pm. The front is still forecasted to move through after midnight. The cloud/rain showers are settling over the area will continue this evening so it is looking like a wet trick or treat. The good thing is the rain will keep the winds from being as extreme as we were concerned about yesterday and limit the chances for thunderstorms. Still not worried about flooding, rainfall totals under 1.25. The intensity of the rain will be light to moderate at times. Though it will be wet we are happier to see this than if we had breaks in the clouds which could have lead to a potential tornadic event due to the high wind shear. I know this has been a very controversial decision, but know we have been in constant contact with the NWS and will continue to do so throughout the day. If things change, I will advise. Regards, Lydia
