Here is the update. Saw doctor, she saw things that didnt add up structurally. Very concerned of a nerve damage which has caused my drop in shoulder. Going for an emg tomorrow at 130. They said it should have been done a long time ago. Anyway if it comes back to not having nerve damage then surgery is fri or mon 100% if there is nerve damage then we have to determine what and where is the cause which may delay surgery by 1-2 weeks. Surgery is inevitable but they dont want to rush it, miss something or overlook and underlying cause of the issues. So I am dealing with torn biceps tendon, torn infraspenatus tendon and now potential nerve damage. Mamma always said if you gonna do it...do it right. I did it right !!!!!
