Here it is >>> ••• Day 1 of the 7 day no lunge THIGH CHALLENGE ••• Simple yet effective side leg lifts. Do 3 rounds of 30 seconds on EACH side for a total of 3 minutes. ** Form ** Keep your leg as straight as possible and lift your leg as high as you can!! Flex (not point) your foot. If you have to (for balance), hold on to a chair or countertop or whatever. Love this move because you can do it ANYWHERE!! Cooking breakfast, dinner, brushing your teeth, ANYWHERE!!!
