Here it is, and like I said before If I said some something that was flawed please let me know. All the time me and my mom would have back and forths and Id always come off as the one in the wrong. Id always be told Im disrespectful and too deep when In actuality Im just strongly opinionated when approached and when my beliefs are questioned. My mother decided to approach me after telling her that I had a feminine side. The reason I told her this was because she was watching The Wendy Williams show and Insanity workout creator Shaun T was the special guest on the show. She began to suspect that she felt Shaun T was gay and a little too feminine for the simple fact that the man has never mentioned a woman in his life (girlfriend, etc.) and various other ignorant reasons regarding his behavior such as the way he talks. So i told her that I too have a feminine side as well and instead of denying it I embrace it. I explained to her that a lot of gay men will try their hardest to deny their feminine side and do the opposite. Such as flaunting the most masculine behavior and swearing up in down theyre not gay yet all the while being experts on knowing whos gay and who isnt. Along the lines I also brought up religion which might of been my first flaw. But I really only did it because I felt it was one of the only ways to better explain to her and get her to understand, and also because I felt a lot of her disdain towards my feminine side stems from her religious beliefs. This time I decided to record our argument so not only could I hear my faults and hear where I was wrong but also let you guys hear just what Ive been trying to stress all of my life. Im also uploading this so people like my mother can understand where they are wrong and just why the beliefs and ideas that they push onto their kids can scar them mentally and emotionally.
