Here we go Sydney. 1. My mother was not hooked on phonics when she named me: Kele pronounced Kell? 2. I go by my middle name, Kele, and for years misspelled my first name: Jeffery. I thought it was Jeffrey. Because of this I have several aliases. 3.I grew up in the Big Springs community, a suburb of Hickory Flat. We had a Woodstock address and an Alpharetta phone number and lived in neither. We had to borrow them from nearby big cities. 4.I am a middle child. 5. Numbers 1 through 4 explain a lot. 6.In about 1968 I nearly drowned. Hippies were prevalent at the time and for years I thought it was one in a white tee shirt who rescued me. I now know that it was an angel or Jesus himself. 7. It was an honor and privilege to practice medicine in two small towns where I made a lot of great friends. 8.I am blessed and if I could have prescribed the best life for myself, I would have fallen well short of what God has given me.
