Here we go again: Shrimp and crab meat etoufee. I a large skillet pot,saute 2 chopped yellow onions, 2 stalks of celery chopped, 1 teaspoon of olive oil until softened about 10 minutes. stir in 1/4 teaspoon of granulated garlic. set aside in large pot combine 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of flour and stir until smooth, add celery mixture and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened about 30 minutes. add 3 table spoons of lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 2 teaspoons of tabasco sauce, add 1 1/2 lb of shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, add 1 1/2 lb of crab meat, 1/4 cup of green onion, 1 1/2 table spoons of parsley cook for 5 more minutes. serve over steamed rice and enjoy Boogies cooking from that mighty 9
