Here we go again folks....Your tax rates have increased 24% in the past 2 years and the first response is to say Governor is forcing us to raise taxes Yet we had $16 million to spend on dirt for soccer fields and open space this year already. Anyone else lining up to dump some land on Pima County??? ....we always have money for that...but we fail year after year to cut the wasteful spending. Scarpinato is dead on. The easy answer is always to raise taxes. Get prepared for more....Yet another excuse for failure to plan and spend like we have a never ending supply of money.
