Here we go again spending another night at the in-laws because the power is still out at home. Never in my life have I ever went this long without power, even after storms way more destructive than this last one. This is B.S and if you want to know what is really going on, then keep reading, because I am gonna tell ya. N.S Power laid off/cut back many of its working employees in the last few years, such as laborers and electricians, but have kept ALL their office personnel, corporate figure heads and management. The trees, branches/limbs and other growth around power lines has gotten so bad that in some areas the power lines are not even visible from the road driving by. NOW this last storm has caused a lot of damage due to the neglected foliage that has grown up and fallen onto power lines. SOoo...get ready because this was all part of a bigger plan that you/we are part of, because now that so many people have complained about the poor restoration times, unnecessary emergencies, loss of food and income for some SMALL businesses. N.S Power is going to raise the price of its product and services substantially, and then they are going to justify these increases in cost to the public by stating that the PUBLIC has demanded better and faster service, especially during emergencies. I know this because I was told by an inside source that I cannot reveal, do to the FACT that his job depends on his ANONYMITY. S0, get ready for a very big increase in power bills coming soon, and when it happens dont forget you heard it here first, especially all of you that think I am just a conspiracy nut. BY the way they will get away with it because they have no competition in N.S and because they are in partnership with the government, also because the rich people and politicians with loud voices will not care about paying a higher bill, it will not change their lives, they will not worry about how they will pay their other bills or missing a meal. This will only effect the regular working class or lower class Joe negatively so no one but us will be hurt or care, and because we are already too busy working and struggling to make the ends meet to do much about this BULL SHIT, it will happen and they will be laughing all the way to the bank telling each other and themselves that we should be happy because they are giving us the better service that we asked for and some even demanded!
