Here we have Kieran, Karen and Jade at the end of the #TheNewIceChallenge they participated in tonight, they are nominating their partners to come and do this workout at the studio. Obviously they want to show the men how thought they are ;) You may have seen the ICE Water Challenge going around Facebook at the moment, that is to raise awareness and money for cancer charities. The goal is to pour icy water over your head and donate to a charity $10-$20. As ICE is the acronym for our Intense Cardiovascular Exercise (fisique.au/services/group-fitness) Following suit of our MP buddies up in Brisbane we thought we would put a bit of a spin on this challenge and raise money for charity at the same time. Instead of just having water poured over you, how about getting fit, healthy and burning some fat while raising a bit for charity. Please help us to spread the word of this new challenge. We are going by the same rules as the last challenge, nominating 6 people to complete this challenge and donate to charity. Tonight, we only had three nominations from the group so We nominate - Shani from The Fuel Focus - Ash up in the RAAF in Brisbane - And, Lisa Clark from Dubbo. Fisique Health and Fitness Professionals will be donating $20 to the Cancer Council and will also be participating in the Relay for life. We ask that everyone who participates in this #TheNewIceChallenge donated $10-$20 each to raise awareness to a cause that effects us all in one way or another.
