Heres 33,805 reasons for me to say Thank You! The final post-election analysis from the state Board of Elections is in and thanks to all the support I received, I was the top vote getter in any contested New York State Assembly race with 33,805 votes. And out of the 150 Assembly Districts, my vote total was 2nd behind Assemblyman Mark Johns who had 37,820 votes with no opponent. This honor goes not only to me but to the voters of the 112th Assembly District who take our representative democracy seriously and come out to vote in such strong numbers. Its an honor to continue to be your Assemblyman and I pledge to continue to work just as hard in the next two years to be a strong voice standing up for you!
