Heres a FITFACTOR workout to start off your Sunday Funday! This is an advanced workout meant for each exercise to be performed back to back without rest. Do 2-3 rounds if you can (rest 30 sec. between rounds). Guaranteed to get your heart rate up, blood pumping and the oxygen flowing! If youre a beginner just go at your own pace. Everyone has to start somewhere. Have a wonderful day! 5 min FITFACTOR Core Focused weekend workout: 50 jumping jacks 45 sec wall sit Push up to torso twist (10) (see video for demonstration) 1 min Planks (on elbows) 10 Supermans (begin in full plank position on hands and raise opposite hand and leg simultaneously, lower and switch sides. *to modify, this can also be done on hands and knees) 30 sec mountain climbers
