If you use water, then soak nuts or nut butter can be added.(2T) Fruit: seasonal 2T protein powder( one T pea and oneT rice) 2T chia seeds 2T flaxseeds Maple or honey to taste probiotics, calcium powder . enjoy! If you are breastfeeding and time poor then you can make a large jug and sip through feeding times
