Im not factoring in yet ANEL. As we dont know the shape of any deal… Big issue - who gets finance and what to do with all those economists: Seems like, as predicted here three days ago, money going on Yannis Dragasakis to be No 2 in government. Yannis Varoufakis tipped for Finance. Euclid Tsakalotos as second ranking treasury minister. Giorgos Stathakis (another economics brain) to become something like a minister of public works (I doubt it will be called anything so Keynesian. But well see.) Dimitris Papadimoulis tipped for interior ministry. And To Vima suggesting an MP from PASOK, possibly Alekos Mitropoulos, may also appointed there. Theodoros Dritsas for national defence. Hes already phoned the army to assure them of continuity of the state. (The sort of Unidad Popular and the death of the hero Allende in Chile are too serious to make throw away, jokey comparisons.) But Kammenos apparently has indicated hed like the job, if ANEL and Syriza cut a deal today. A new Ministry of Migration may be announced. Tasia Christodoulopoulou considered to be placed in charged. Panagiotis Skourletis set to be the Malcolm Tucker (non-Brits: google The Thick of It TV series). Nikos Pappas, right hand to Alexis will get something. Nikos Kotzias Ministry of Foreign Affairs and various others. Zoi Konstantopoulou still considered favourite for Justice. One or two other women in the frame. Not great on gender equality. Will be worse if the lumps in ANEL have to be accommodated. Anyway - thats the speculation. In this conjuncture.
