Heres a good money spinner. The urinals in the old buildings are battery operated, so obviously they stop working at some point. I put a report in LAST Monday to the admin that does the reporting, who I think just did what she does best and threw paper in the air while complaining about whats NOT in her job description, meanwhile Im pouring stuff down them, along with copious amounts of water to stop them from smelling, only to have the OIC tell me this morning why they smell, and that HE called the plumbers. When I spoke to the plumber he told me he had to replace the batteries. Governments sure know how to waste money.... Battery operated toilets, whod of thought.
