Heres a key persuasion principle that most entrepreneurs and marketers miss out: Facts Tell, Stories Sell. Majority of businesses focus on facts and figures. They focus on features. They focus on what their products / services have / can do. You might even be doing this right now with your business, products, services. Youre telling people, Our product can do this and this..., We have this and this and this... STOP! Youre severely underselling your business. Yes, you read that right. Telling your target market the facts of your business has extremely limited persuasive power. Facts just tell, they dont engage your target markets emotions. In the Speed Profit System workshop I was sharing with my participants how they can use the 9 proven story templates in their businesses. One of them immediately incorporate one of the story templates into his business... And immediately the next day, he closed a $80,000 deal using the power of their story... in just a couple of hours... just by sharing his business story. Another one were able to close deals with their clients even when their fees were about 300% higher their competitors who also pitched for the same project... some of whom were bigger and more established companies. And there are many more amazing results. In fact, just 2 days ago I revealed these story templates to another entrepreneurs and immediately the next day, he already had fresh, highly qualified, new leads flowing into his business... ready... wanting to be closed.
