Heres a little Monday Morning Motivation! Childrens Memorial Hermann teamed up with the Houston Zoo, located across the street from the hospital, to allow patients to visit some of their favorite animals through Google Glass. These patients were some of the very first to experience these virtual tours through a Google Hangout. Not only does this allow patients a firsthand experience to visit the zoo without ever leaving their hospital beds, it also allows Houston Zoo employees the ability to demonstrate a behind-the-scenes encounter for these young Google Glass Explorers. Moving forward, Memorial Hermann will continue to explore new ways to apply Google Glass to improve patient and medical outcomes. #MotivationalMonday
