Heres a method that can be used for all of the people who are complaining about custom moves making tournaments take too long. Credit goes to Ronald Lightfoot: Its not hard to get an action replay: power saves and unlock everything on a 3ds. If you push for people to pre reg, then you can have them pick 2 custom character loadouts. It can be transferred to the station their pool will be played. One 3ds can hold 10 customs for each character. You also have to take into account that not everyone will advance. So its not like all of the customs that start out will have to be transferred to every other station. Get enough 3ds volunteers (do people volunteer other equip at apex? Idk) The transfer itself doesnt even take long. An easy system for pre reg would be the corresponding custom numbers An example would be Ronald Lightfoot - NY - Entry Name: DA_Ron - Palutena2322, Toon link1121 Now you accomplish three things 1. You push for people to pre register 2. You still give customs access to people with their own 3ds units 3. You dont deny the people who dont have a 3ds access to customs And being that every pool for these 1,000s of players wont be played at the same exact time, there should ALWAYS be 3ds units on deck.
