Heres a neat project that Id love to see organised, but personally lack the ability (cooking or catering know-how) to do. Hold a Collins tournament, and the moment that the final tally slip is turned in and entered, send the list of ingredients represented by the final ratings to somebody who will go shopping and then prepare a dinner using those ingredients, for the participants. Yes, this would be something like Iron Chef/Hells Kitchen, although the food prepared would not be limited to just those items (because the final list might be unworkable for a real meal).
