Heres a new KILLER exercise for you guys! This works pretty much your whole body (yay!) but really focuses on your core and arms! I show 3 different levels...choose the one that works best for you! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> * Start with your knees lined up with your hips and your hands directly below your shoulders * Next, lift your knees off the floor. Engage your core! Like youre pulling your belly button into your spine.( Dont let your body lean forward! ) * Now twist your hips to the right (hold for 2-3 secs), return to center keeping your knees off the floor, then twist to the left. * 3 levels- 1- Keep your feet on the floor 2- Lift one leg on each twist or 3- Pick up the pace!! Dont rest at center! Continue exercise for 30 secs....Rest....then repeat x 4 Enjoy!! Tag a friend to share the challenge with. And leave me a comment letting me know how you like it!
