Heres a quick 20min workout for you guys at home or even at the gym... Give it a go and let us know what you think... 3 rounds for time 600m Block Run 30 x Push-Ups (Use some kind of marker to always keep your range honest) 20 x Power Snatches (30kg Men/15kg woman) 10 x Ab Wheels At 6 Pack Bootcamp we do MORE with LESS... So you dont need anything but your own body weight and a few little pieces of equipment (if you have it). In place of the bar for Power Snatches you can substitute it for 10 Burpees instead.
