Heres a quick video on how I maintain my #boxbraids. I use a water spray bottle that I have a mix of Giovanni direct leave in conditioner and water. I spritz my hair with this and then I put a couple of pumps of liquid sunshine. You apply the water first and then the oil because the oil helps the water evaporate less quickly. This allows your hair to stay hydrated longer and helps to prevent damage. I installed these box braids on #Tuesday and its #Saturday. My hair is still healthy and strong and growing! My hair is still moist and hydrated and Im not in fear of my hair becoming #dry and #brittle while wearing this #protectivestyle!
