Heres a recipe for anyone who likes sauce with a tomato base...a time saver and great for these chilly days Day one In the largest pot you have Brown 2 1/2-3 lb ground beef Add 2 large onions diced 4 large green peppers diced 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1 jar spaghetti sauce Salt, pepper and garlic to taste Simmer til tender Separately cook rice and DONT add to sauce Put give in bowl and enjoy stuffed pepper soup Day 2 Cook spaghetti Your sauce is already made Again do not add pasta to sauce Enjoy your spaghetti Day3 Warm up sauce Add chili beans Chili seasoning Serve with some garlic bread and enjoy your chili Ive done this for years...great for working moms 3 homemade meals...all made easy
